Dr. Boris Worm - Marine Research Ecologist, Associate Professor at Dalhousie University
Dr. Boris Worm is a Marine Research Ecologist and Associate Professor at Dalhousie University, Canada. He has made leading scientific contributions to the fields of marine ecology and fisheries conservation. His research focus is on the causes and consequences of changes in marine biodiversity and its conservation on a global scale. Worm was a postdoctoral fellow under the late Ransom Myers and now leads his own lab at Dalhousie—the Worm Lab. Dr. Worm is well known for his commitment to spreading public awareness in marine conservation.
